How can I place an order? Can I order online?

We now accept online orders for pick-up and delivery!

Browse our online galleries and select items to order. Delivery details for online orders will be requested at checkout. Complete information will assure a safe, on-time delivery. If we need to contact you for additional information your order may be delayed. And don’t forget your personal message for the notecard!

When you visit our store to pick up an arrangement, or just to browse, there are many items to see that are not pictured in the galleries, including seasonal items, vases, candles/holders, pictures, mirrors, and much more.

While online ordering is convenient, sometimes a little personal service is preferred for the selection of a favorite item or to communicate an exact need. The Conservatory is "people-friendly" and our expert staff is here to handle your request with care. To that end, we welcome your call or email to place an order with us.

Can I get a receipt?

Online orders will automatically provide an email receipt. For phone orders, you may request a receipt at the time of placing an order. We will email the receipt, generally after delivery. Additional time may be needed if the receipt request is made more than 30 days after your order has been delivered.

What is your delivery area?

The Conservatory provides local delivery throughout much of Los Angeles including:

  • Hollywood - Burbank - Studio City - Los Feliz - Silver Lake
  • West Side - Mid Wilshire - Downtown L.A. - Glendale - Pasadena
  • Van Nuys - North Hollywood - Sherman Oaks - Woodland Hills
  • Venice - Santa Monica - Pacific Palisades - Malibu

A delivery fee of $15 minimum per location will be added to your order.

Large or multiple items for delivery are slightly higher.

What is your minimum order size?

When you place an order for pick up at our Hollywood Hills store, there is no minimum order size. To place an order under $75 for pick up, please call the store or send us an email with your needs.

Orders for delivery are $75 minimum plus delivery fee, except on Valentine's Day. Due to greater demand and higher wholesale prices on Valentine's Day, the minimum order for delivery is $100 plus delivery fee.

Our minimum delivery fee is $15. Some delivery areas in Los Angeles will be slightly higher.

Do you take orders for delivery outside of Los Angeles?

The Conservatory takes pride in the quality and freshness of our arrangements, and the personal service we provide our customers. Consequently, we have decided not to accept orders to be fulfilled by outside florists.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

The Conservatory is closed Sundays except on Mother's Day and when Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday.

We do make exceptions for special events and weddings. Contact us in advance if you would like us to provide floral arrangements for your event.

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Generally, we can accept orders for same-day delivery in the Hollywood area. Our easy online ordering will offer same-day delivery when available.

For other instances, please call us as early as possible so we can schedule the delivery to your requested location.

Also, please keep in mind that certain flowers or containers might not be in stock on the day you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card online, in our store and over the phone. We also accept debit cards and cash at our store in Hollywood Hills

Do you do wedding flowers?

We do wedding flowers!

Please contact us to arrange a personal consultation with one of our designers. We will meet with you, show you samples, and prepare a formal proposal for your special day. We invite you to check the reviews on Yelp from our many satisfied wedding customers.

Do you make flower arrangements for funerals?

We can provide beautiful flower arrangements for your loved one, including:

  • Baskets
  • Standing Sprays
  • Hearts & Crosses
  • Casket covers

We can deliver to the funeral home or cemetery. Please call to speak with our designer about your needs.
